He helped me rewrite my resume, advised me where to apply, and worked with me on my interview skills. With Dr. Galloway’s coaching and support, I was offered two principal jobs in two different districts. His coaching did not end when I became a principal. I want to start with the fact that Dr. Chris Galloway is an absolutely incredible human being. I first encountered him in a Facebook group. He was helping someone who was trying to get more author school visits. I responded to his comment by asking for some additional advice, and before I knew it, Chris was willing to help me over Zoom.
